Privacy Policy

Last updated August 27, 2026

SoloVoice is made by one developer, and this policy is written the way you would want it explained: what is collected, why, and what never leaves your machine.

What the plug-ins do not collect

Nothing you sing, play, or write ever leaves your computer. SoloVoice and the SoloVoice Satellite do not transmit audio, MIDI, chord charts, project files, or usage statistics. There is no telemetry, no analytics, and no account to log into.

License activation

The one time SoloVoice goes online is when you paste your license key and press Enter. In that moment the plug-in sends two things to our license server (operated by Keygen, keygen.sh): your license key and a fingerprint of your machine. The fingerprint is a one-way hash derived from hardware identifiers — it cannot be reversed into your serial numbers and contains no personal information. Its only purpose is to count how many of your machines are activated (up to three per license) and to let you move a machine with the key/deactivate command. After activation the plug-in runs offline.

Purchases

Checkout is handled by Gumroad. Gumroad collects your name, email address, and payment details under its own privacy policy; we never see your card number. Gumroad passes us your email address and order number so a license key can be generated and sent to you. We keep that record so we can look up your license if you need support or a refund.

Email

We send you email for exactly two reasons: to deliver your license key, and to answer messages you send to [email protected]. There is no newsletter unless you ask to join one, and nothing is shared or sold to anyone.

This website

solovoice.ai is a static site hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Videos are embedded through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, so YouTube does not set cookies until you press play. The buy buttons load Gumroad's checkout script.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing [email protected]. Deleting your license record means the license can no longer be activated, so we will confirm before doing it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top moves and the change is described here.
